Wall hanging (approximately 22” square) executed in raw-edge, fused & machine stitched applique. The small, cream/brown cactus wren perched on a brightly patterned clay pot better watch out for the large grey/black/brown roadrunner racing by. Backed by a purplish-green, prickly pear cactus with a vivid yellow bloom & buds. Surrounded by a colorful border stripped together of multicolored scraps.
